I’ve had talks with my coworker about this topic. He would say the how he would get frustrated bc house wasn’t clean or things like that. So I try to let him know at the end of the day he has 2 kids under 3. You can go to work, go home and your job ends. But her job is 24/7/365 and it never ends.
