Nope! My grandma from my dad's side raised me, and I loved her more than anyone. My grandma on mom's side was kinda rude and favored her son's and grandsons despite the fact that she has 7 daughters and more than 2x that amount of granddaughters who did everything for her. My mom is one of the oldest daughters and had to wash cloth diapers and take care of all the younger siblings bc grandma was always pregnant.
