I doubt there was a $40k pay difference. If the company is that low to market, I wouldn’t work there even if they brought up the salary. Side note, I’d also consider other things like benefits,!incentive plans, company culture, stability, etc.

Bro in belgium u cant negotiate ur salary. They say yes we follow the baremas. So someone new has maybe 1-2€ an hour less then you when u have like 10 years of experience.
