![MANGO ICECREAM RECIPE: Milk: 1 cup Milk powder: 1/4 cup Powdered sugar: 1/4 cup Cornflour: 1 tablespoon Non dairy whipping cream: 300 ml (1 cup+1/4 cup) Condensed milk: 1/4 cup Mango puree: 1+ 1/2 cup INSTRUCTIONS: 1. First of all make custard by mixing together milk, milk powder, powdered sugar and cornflour. Mix them together in a pan and cook on low flame until thickens. 2. Let it cool on room temperature. ( do not freeze ) 3. Now whip the non dairy whipping cream until soft peaks , add the cooled custard mixture , condensed milk and mango puree. Mix until well combined. 4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and decorate with mango cubes. 5. Let the mixture freeze overnight. Scoop out this creamy dreamy icecream and enjoy the summers to its fullest.
