@jaynmoo: Japan trip part 8 🇯🇵 | AFURI is known for their yuzu ramen with a refreshing citrus taste. The shinjuku location is the only one that specializes in spicy yuzu ramen. The ramen spice level can be customized from level 1 to 8. There is even an extreme spicy version ramen described as level 28! You order at the kiosk and grab a ticket before getting seated at the counter. Jay got the yuzu kara kurenei ramen in level 8 spicy. Moo ordered the non spicy yuzu shiro shoyu ramen in a clearer broth but didn’t want to be filmed so it is just Jay doing a sweaty mukbang. We were pleasantly surprised by how the citrus notes came forward. Jay loves spice so he devoured the ramen even though it was a super hot summer day. Honestly it was a super yummy and unique take on ramen.
