I agree with the federal dept. of transportation cutting federal funding to those states that are NOT following the federal regulation of fully understanding and speaking the English language for professional drivers.

I don’t think he should be deported at all. Have him serve his life in American prison. If he gets deported, then he gets to be free in India.

he deserves to be charged with 3 counts of murder. he should be jailed then deported. besides the bridge collapse he supposedly caused another car wreck with 2 fatalities.im glad to see so many loosing there CDL'S that went to the same school.

The driver and everybody else involved with him being allowed on the road should be held accountable. This 100% could have and SHOULD have been avoided. ICE needs to be at all weigh stations just like in Florida.
