Mix the chicken breast pieces with the listed tandoori chicken ingredients above (marinate for 2hrs-overnight if you have time) 2. Skewer the chicken & air fry for 15mins at 200C  3. Meanwhile, chop the salad ingredients & mix together  4. Mix the mint sauce ingredients, adding water to thin 5. Melt the butter & mix in the parsley  6.
