@ellieinspace3: SLO mo of windows shaking during SpaceX starship launch!🚀 #spacex #starship #fyp #texas #elonmusk

contestandoe :

fun fact Elon was told by a engineer that the metal was rolled wrong and the rockets would never make orbit for the star ship project 2 years before anything went into assembly. he fired that guy on the spot for saying that. he became my boss for a few years at a water jet company until he got a job with Disney to help make there star wars droids for galaxys edge. look at all those failed lift offs now. the man was right. yet so many call Elon a genius. to be fair that guy had a ego on him as well and always wore his space x jacket around the factory floor just to show off. he also had 99 problems and at least 90 of them was his baby's mama. I know about this because I was one of few smokers like him that worked there and he would always wave me down to come have a smoke with him but the entire time he would vent about stuff like I was his therapist.

J Man :

Do all the Karens in the area complain like they did for the Chicago Air Show? 😂😂😂

Xanthey Belmont :

Linux wouldnt have done that. it's a hardened OS.

𝕽𝖆𝖑𝖕𝖍 𝕳𝖊𝖗𝖓𝖆𝖓𝖉𝖊𝖟 :

Our condo feels like an Earthquake during every launch.

Coolhand :

what on earth did yall do when they were launching space shuttles? they are 10 times louder than the space x rockets.

.eloso956 :

it feels awesome everytime they launch. the sonic boom is crazy when they're landing too 🔥

Dorkosorus :

Imagine the eardrums moving, welcome to lifelong EEEeeeeEEEEeeeEEE!!!

DR_G :

a. iss of mine grew up in Merrit Island during the space shuttle days. he said everone had to hold furniture, China cabinets... so things did shake apart or fall over.

Nick Stacey :

That’s such a good capture!!! 🥰

Real Brian Louden :

Andrew, your windows are much likely, shaking incredibly faster than that. Slow motion is just capturing random points of multiple cycles in that time. The most you can judge is the total maximum deflection which I judge to be insane.

vacay :

they are supposed to do that so they don't break. hope this helps

FatGuyinaTruck :

man I remember when Boca Chica was a quiet Beach community for most of the year. I feel sorry that those people have to deal with this on the regular these days.

WatchingThePatriarchyDie :

We just want healthcare for crying out loud!!!
