not a tank it's called a bearcat ... any organization be it federal, state, county, or city that does damage to someone's property who has nothing to do with the investigation in question should be responsible for all damages and make amends accordingly and the responsible parties in charge should be investigated

criminal actions by police. when will they be held criminally liable. can't even do any verification. if wa my home, I would be dead as I would have been defending my home. I definitely would have taken atleast a couple with me.

I had a police car out side my business a couple years ago they were staging a raid on a empty building next to mine that I had been in early that day I told them went in and video it and 1 hour later they raided it with 20 cop cars and found it was empty

im starting to think these investigations are just based from online. they dont even drive past check to see who lives there monitor the house they just assume and proceed.

I mean the warrant should have been invalidated about 4.2 seconds after they figured out that they were at the wrong house because you know police officers don't do any investigation and neither do judges before blindly signing paperwork

Tldr; this is completely legal. Police have no obligation to pay for damages they cause from a false warrant. They could just straight up demolish your house and there is nothing you can do. It’s also not something you can claim on homeowners insurance because they do not cover police damage. You basically just have to eat it.

The fact police have. No accountability is unbelievable. They screwed up. They should pay these clowns in costumes really need to start being police themselves. We have a huge cop problem in this country. The wrong people are becoming cops today.
