@traveltomtom: My first time in this 'country'! Excited to explore new places and regions! 😁 Although I arrived back in Europe, they stamped my passport! Weird… 🤔 I have been to Spain many times, but never in the Basque Country up North. And although I speak Spanish, Basque language is a whole other ball game. At the airport, there was no Uber available, so I took a bus that brought me to the beautiful main square in the city center. My $220 USD per night hotel was just a short walk away, so I did some sightseeing along the way. I visited a Catholic church and grabbed a sandwich, which was quite expensive I think. Had the idea Spain was cheaper. I finally found my hotel, which looked nice and classy. The Radisson Collection in Bilbao has huge and spacious rooms. However, I was a bit surprised that they don't have any bottled drinking water in the room. But overall, I'm very happy with the Radisson Collection hotel in the city center of Bilbao! 😍 #bilbao #spain
