stuff like this keeps me in work on remedials. expansion vessel should be mounted vertically with an iso and drain off. put a valve on the cold feed to the unit so you can still use the cold tap if its being worked on. discharge needs a tundish too.

There’s nothing wrong with this install. It’s fitted to MI. It’s clipped &it doesn’t leak. People can’t see passed a bit of plastic cause the copper alternative is shiny need to get a grip.

Not a bad install ....using copper would be same expense. I get no satisfaction using plastic so avoid were possible. Copper will always be king. Especially my generation in there fifties.John Guest or hep were unheard off. Good job mate keep er lit.
