@eshtonc: This is one of the best steakhouses in Kuala Lumpur, and they also give you one of the closest views you can get of KLCC while having panoramic views of the entire city from the 56th floor! @marble_8 specialises in Australian Aged Beef, and they’ve got their own ageing cellar in the middle of the restaurant to ensure the best quality meats get served to you! For starters we had their Wagyu Beef Tartare (RM138), using dry aged Wagyu, it’s served with parmesan chips and shaved truffles giving it a nice contrast of textures alongside the balanced richness of the meat! We also had the Roasted Wagyu Bone Marrow (RM148), nice and creamy, it’s served with porcini mushrooms and a truffle espuma! And when it came to the aged beef, for our dry aged steak, we went with the Wagyu Sirloin (RM438), it’s 300g of delicious meat with a marbling score of 7 and above, dry aged for a minimum of 21 days, the crust was perfect and the meat has a nice fattiness that was delicious! Apart from that, we also had the Wagyu Tenderloin (RM358) that’s wet aged for a minimum of 21 days, it’s traditionally a lean cut and was nice and succulent!
