Hatte 6 Wochen einen Gips ohne jegliche Belastung jetzt habe ich ein gehgips und darf jetzt wieder laufen es tut aber irgendwie noch so weh aber es ist mir egal ich kämpf dagegen an ich will endlich wieder raus

Hatte auch vor 7 Wochen eine Meniskusnaht. Der riss war aber sehr groß, darf volle 8 Wochen nur teilbelasten😩 wie lange hat es bei dir gedauert bis du wieder normal laufen konntest nachdem du die Krücken weglassen durftest? War es schwierig am Anfang zu laufen?

hatte im Mai meine Knie-OP. Jetzt, nach fast 4 Monaten zu Hause, fange ich im September wieder an zu arbeiten. Bitte fangt so früh wie möglich mit eurer Physiotherapie an. Das ist sooooo wichtig ! Wünsche allen, die krank sind, gute Besserung 🍀🍀🍀🍀

Sorry but only to repair the meniscus u can’t walk for 7 weeks? ,bc i also repair and i take of some of the part amd i walked after surgery with the crutches and after 1week without them !!

I’m doing well myself, almost 2 months. I can go upstairs, but still struggling going down. Knee is still pretty swollen limiting total movement! Good luck!

Used a crutch for 1 day. ACL tear repair with cadaver tendon and meniscus repair as well. I have a high pain tolerance cut used no pain meds other than reg ibuprofen, and Tylenol. I guess I am a lucky one

I have meniscus tear was supposed to have it repaired last Saturday but I cancelled as through moderate exercise and strength training I’m 85% ok very occasional flare up so holding off.

Hugs!!! ❤️The intricacies of the knee and legs are complex. There are different locations of tears which impact recovery in a MAJOR way!
