My go to nut butter is Pip n Nut, or the snide nut butter from Aldi, eg the almond butter with 100% almonds

My budget Aldi one is 94% Roasted peanuts, 6.2g sugar per 100g it still contains palm oil and brown sugar, but not bad macros.

what do you think of the Kelkin range ? I find some of the 100% ones a bit hard to enjoy but then Kelkin seems like a happy medium just going by the ingredients

I have to admit that you are right, it's not really the best choice, although I like them a lot; I had to cut back and slowly give them up. I don't buy from the supermarket, but from the company Body Attack, Germany, but it's probably less harmful, though not 100% good.
