put up a curtain, put up a wall, throw a blanket over the building in the cars if you're that desperate to hide what the outside of the building looks like!.. if you feel the need to walk up to somebody on public property and try to demand them to not film record or even look at a building because they are all considered the same thing then you and your building should be secreted away on some gigantic property where people can't get close to it. oh no I saw a car parked over there the world's National Security is about to sweep out of the sky and make me disappear. months of interrogation to try to find out what make and model of car that was part in plain sight in front of a building.
