I just went down the lore, are they seriously trying to cancel him for saying china is imperialist?? Is this actually the issue😭 Chinas work by nature in africa is imperialism, it’s the same way with russia, both countries are competing for strongholds to pad themselves up on the global stage! After Dan Gertler was sanctioned under magnitsky and forced to either sell off everything or loose it all, China came in and took over the mines in the congo. which absolutely were running under slave labor, israel and Gertler were buying mines for cheap from african leaders in exchange for munitions and funding towards military. after buying the mines they sold them 10X and literally drained 1B from the congolese economy, forcing people who were already dealing with scarcity, disease and high crime rates to work in mines as it was the only profitable sector. China coming in and promising better working condition for mine workers doesn’t change the state of the congo economy nor absolve them from continuing to make profit off of the current state of the congo. While china didn’t start what has happened in the DRC they definitely aren’t making the situation better by keeping the system in place. Is this a crazy take???

One of the sad thing is you could predict this one a mile away., Madeleine Pennington is a very interesting person cause I genuinely believe they’re going to start a cult someday. And I’m not talking about like a political cult like following. I mean like a legitimate cult . If they don’t already have one. Because everything we’ve heard about her how she treats her employees, leads me to think she’s definitely on her way.
