I just watched this video yesterday of this lady who has a large following post a video how she’s sick of seeing peoples videos talking about grief when losing a pet because she lost her mom and it doesn’t compare. It made me so angry. Pets are so incredibly special to us. I feel like some people don’t understand. I personally am having a harder time losing my dog than a family member I have lost. I would share this video with her, but I blocked her🤷🏼♀️.

I have cried more over pets i have lost. My last dog was the worst. its been 18months and he was 15yrs. I cry because he was my comfort and I felt safe. He was beautiful brindle pit a co worker found. He was so perfect.😑😑

lost a 17 year old, a month after that I fostered another senior pup. it created a new oxytocin release. Not trying to replace the dog I learned to refill my heart.

I’ve lost many dogs in my 50 years but the one that really hurt was losing my possum. He was so sweet and loved crawling through my jacket. His name was Buddy.
