Love this! I used to have really awful health anxiety and I found it useful to keep monthly lists of what I was worried about - I found going back through the old ones and seeing that whatever it was hadn’t killed me very helpful 😅

I used to have such bad anxiety that I'd physically get sick. For over 35 years. 3 years ago I started eating super clean, no processed foods, breads, sugars, etc, and resistance training at home. I literally haven't had any anxiety, depression, nor chronic pain, since. ☺️

I definitely love this! I use one of mine as a brain dump when too many thoughts are in my head and I’m worrying I’ll forget something. Helps me sleep if I can get them all out of my head if I can’t fall asleep too!

I do a similiar thing but not as elaborated as your strategy. When I feel extremely stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or just like "things are not okay" I write down everything that makes me unhappy right now. Sometimes I can see that I have just so much to do - then I work out a good to do list to reduce that stress effectively. Sometimes it's social stress, then I can think about how to make my situation better. Sometimes I notice that there isn't really a problem. Most of the time in this case I'm on PMS ir s bad biorhythm - so I'll tell myself that tomorrow is a better day or I do self care to cheer me up. Thanks for sharing your strategy, I'm gonna use it 😊
