every adc will be easyer because kiteing is hard with mouse, but the best players can do the same things with mouse so its just a qol and a boost for ppl who arent that good with mouse. ppl wont be better in positioning and macro so they will be in the same elo like with mouse, maybe a bit higher, but in top lobbys u wouldnt feel any differents how adcs play..
