They can’t afford it. It has nothing to do with a “depreciating asset.” Every car is a depreciating asset.

Leasing is just long term renting. It is more expensive to rent than to buy

Why would I ever want to lease a vehicle? You’re always going to have a payment. I pay my vehicle off and keep it, I have no payments except maintenance which should be minimal if maintained well.

Wow…the banter and snark on here is phenomenal…I have been a BMW driver for years, leased and owned. 1. Cars are engineered for driver experience. 2. In the last 10+ yrs quality has improved substantially. 3. They are also engineered to be safe…that’s it. Fun to drive, low repair bill, safe. You can fuss about the math, social status etc all day…I don’t care, love the product.

Leasing is more flexible than buying simple as that. People get too caught up with the depreciation argument.

My BMW that I own and don’t owe money on it. Bought it 3 years old so I didn’t take the financial hit like a new car. Don’t buy brand new.

My dad bought a CPO 4 series hard top convertible. I told him to lease it. A few years later it needs 3-5 grand services every 6-8 months. He throws temper tantrums about maintenance costs and how he’ll never buy one again. Like I told you to lease.

#creatorsearchinsights Why Buy a Townhouse – And Why 388 Danbury Court, East Brunswick Should Be Your Next Home When it comes to choosing between renting and buying, many families wonder if owning a townhouse is worth it. The truth is, buying a townhouse offers the comfort and space of a single-family home with less maintenance and more financial benefits. Why Choose a Townhouse? •	Townhouses provide more living space compared to condos or apartments. •	You enjoy private bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and family-friendly layouts. •	Maintenance is easier, often supported by a homeowners association. •	Most importantly, every monthly payment builds equity in your own property, not in your landlord’s. Why Buy 388 Danbury Court in East Brunswick? This property is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse located in one of New Jersey’s most desirable school districts. Families move to East Brunswick for its top-rated schools, safe neighborhoods, and convenient location. With close access to the NJ Turnpike, Route 18, and express buses to New York City, commuting is straightforward. Unlike smaller condos, this townhouse offers a real home feel with plenty of room for family living, entertaining, or even a home office setup. Renting vs. Owning – The 15-Year Comparison Let’s look at the numbers. •	If you rented a similar home in East Brunswick for the past 15 years at an average of $2,500 per month, you would have spent more than $450,000 in rent, with nothing to show for it. •	If you had purchased a townhouse like this 15 years ago for around $300,000, today it would be worth more than $530,000. That’s over $230,000 in appreciation alone. Add in the principal you would have paid down on your mortgage, and your equity today could be more than $300,000. That is the difference between renting and owning. Renting pays your landlord. Owning builds your future. Buying Today and Looking Ahead 15 Years If you purchase 388 Danbury Court today, the next 15 years can create even greater financial security. With steady appreciation in East Brunswick real estate, this home could be worth $750,000 or more in the future. That means hundreds of thousands of dollars in equity while your family enjoys one of the best school systems in New Jersey. The Bottom Line If you are renting and want to provide your family with a beautiful home, great schools, and long-term financial stability, 388 Danbury Court is an opportunity you should not miss. For a private showing or to discuss how to get pre-approved, contact Anil Aggarwal at 732-877-8585.
