This is soooo valid. When I was growing up in the early 90s/00s, it was NEVER a seeded roll. I didn’t know what Cooper sharp was until I started working at Wawa when we used to slice meat in 2006. Now I’m like “what is this….”

Someone tried to make the point that Cooper sharp is American cheese and yeah it’s technically but it’s a sharper cheese to the point where it’s different than regular fucking American. Seeded roll and copper sharp are 100% gentrified
