If it’s your second account, you can fix the issue by going to the Accounts Center from your first account, changing the password of your second account, and then tapping “Log out of all devices.” After that, go back and log in again with the username and the new password. I had the same problem for three days and managed to fix it this way, so I hope it helps you too.
