omg that is such a clever way of getting rid of the grease! I usually just drain it into a measuring up and then either pour it into a an empty bottle or just wait for it to solidified and scrape it out but this seems so much more efficient

I got a wire mess strainer, different sizes and they stack nice and neat. In fact, I got one the size of that bowl that I would just stick in that bowl but that strainer that just takes too much space it doesn’t stack goes in the drawer too much space
