@ppi1937: Today I showed how members of An Garda Síochána, the Court Service, and private security companies violated Article 34 of the Constitution by barring me from the Four Courts. This stands contrary to Article 40.4.1° as interpreted by Judge Cregan in [2025] IEHC 425 and amounts to false imprisonment under Section 15 of the Non State Offences Against the Person Act. Solicitors and barristers work in law and no doubt they would have access cards and some business being in the fourcourts. If you have no business in the building, why are you objecting to going through security, nobody knows you. Seems reasonable they would restrict access in some way.

Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024. This act grants powers to designated security officers to search individuals seeking entry to specified premises, including courts. "Security officers can search persons entering or already present in specified premises, examine articles brought inside, and exclude or remove individuals who refuse searches or pose risks." (Irish Statue Book) "For court premises specifically, at a judge’s direction, security officers may remove or take into custody individuals found in contempt of court"

What about Courts Service Act 1998 Section 5(1)(b): “The functions of the Service shall be to provide, manage and maintain court buildings and to provide and maintain the facilities for users of those buildings.”

Another illegal thing that the government have implemented is the taking of you name and license number when going for an nct. Yes there is legislation to randomly check, but a private company (nct) is taking you data every time.😡✌️
