Birthing the placenta isn’t pleasant either if it doesn’t happen straight away- they don’t tell you that, that was almost worse at the end!

Honestly, pushing them out is not as bad as the contractions. It's like being constipated for a whole day and then finally having the biggest proof your life. It's bliss when it comes to pushing

I didn't even breath loudly on my first my fear was screaming and I had a few complications but sailed through it, my second though sweet mother of jesus I think the midwifes retired afterwards I was threatening to kill them if they didn't help😭 i wouldn't harm a fly i was just in extreme pain.. everyone is different and each birth is different, you get over the pain once you have a healthy baby in your arms.

That only happens if you push when not ready and tear. It’s not a good sign and doesn’t happen if you push through a contraction.

No ring of fire but When head crowns, I literally thought my pelvis was going to shatter. He got stuck. No pain like it. Epidural didn’t take

When the head was crowning they asked me if I wanted to feel it , you can imagine what I said BUT it was much better than the contractions which were hell . I’ve never experienced pain like it. 😳
