There is no way anybody can convince me that the medical community had no idea what was causing so much autism, ADHD and other syndrome. Nobody cared enough and that’s all there is to it.

They say vaxs dont cause it, but i have a feeling its indirectly involved, maybe not exactly an ingredient but i think it has something to do with the schedule forcing too much immune response which is triggering some autoimmune attack on brain development in some way that exacerbates the possibly normally occuring genetic issue. Like yes perhaps you are born with it, or some likelihood to develop some of the spectrum issues, but giving so many shocks to the system so early may create an environment where those susceptible are effected by the immune response in ways that open more of the condition to take hold. Like how having a bad illness as a child can trigger type 1 diabetes in an otherwise healthy child.

I have a nephew that has autism, his mother does not cook & his diet is all microwave meals & soda. No fresh food or fruit & doesn’t drink water. I think there is a connection with the food & autism also.

part of the increase in autism and ADHD is knowledge about the condition, before they would just be labeled slow, "a bad kid" or the dreaded R word. Also I believe the food, vaccines, medications given to the mother all play a role

Autism is being identified more readily in male and female children because the medical community is much more educated in identifying those that exhibit the symptoms. Those who are identified are referred to those who can do further testing. This is why the numbers have increased. In the past there were different names for autism now, all are grouped under the autism spectrum. Different so-called levels and hyphenated disorders. Vaccines causing autism has been completely debunked.

I have been a teacher since the 90s. When I saw that it was 1 in 15, last year, I started hollerin’. I remember in the 90s it was something like 1/100!

I have four kids and my second son has it. I did everything the same and nursed my kids for their first year. My guess is something changed around 6 to 9 months. I honestly thought he was def at first. I hope they figure it out. My son was born in 2001.

Please understand this is a bit misleading. There was a major change in 1980 to include verbal among other things. They have drastically broadened who is included. It used to be only the most severe cases.

When I started teaching special ed, the autism rates were at around 1 in 87 boys. That was in the late 90’s. 1 in 12.5 is crazy, but I see it. Half of my caseload now is boys with Autism. I had a college professor back then say she thought it was from the vaccines. I wonder what she thinks now.

worked in special ed...more are diagnosed into the autism spectrum. Hereditary factor, people with the spectrum are assimilated into society more now. They are getting jobs in the computer fields working from home and having families. The numbers are hence increasing it is in their DNA.
