I use it as an education session. I don't engage in negative talk and I try to find positive things to talk about, however I do give warnings if need be and the clients learn or appreciate what they hear. Unless it's something totally negatively outrageous towards the client. I flat out say no and I end the negative experience on a high. Had a situation like this with horrible rings of fire and felt obligated to explain to situation and how we fix it. If my clients leave from me, they at least have better standards, but they all stay and say they see why and when I get the sparkle in my eyes.
