If you are getting your nails done, get your nail artist to make a whole extra pair, just in case something happens at the wedding/ when dancing, and you can glue a matching nail back on if emergency arises!

I know you wanna do your own makeup. I did the same on my wedding. but one thing I did is arrange a person who can do good makeup too. and boy that helped. I was getting panic attacks and my hands were shivering while doing makeup with all the stress of getting married and future. and the MUA I called was just in case was so much help. I was telling her what to do whenever I was shivering and she got me covered.

for my hindu wedding, I shouldve had my hair and makeup artist be on standby for my outfit change cause my dupatta setting was not it, and also guide my husband on sindoor application cause it kept getting bigger.

Something I did do was create a shot list for a wedding photographer so that our photo hour before the ceremony went by efficiently and that I was able to get photos with everyone. Something I really wanted, and did, was a family group photo. If I were to go back in time, I would modify that list slightly and have an additional family photo with all of our family friends. Like all those people who are like your siblings or your aunts, who are close like family but technically aren’t,

If you have flowers don’t hold them up do high it’ll cover your dress. Walk slowly down the aisle. Eat and drink water. Whatever happens will happen, and don’t sweat the little things. Let other people handle it.
