About 8yrs ago it was an mot failure not to have that number on the plate but it was quickly withdrawn, due to the complaints, nothing to do with road safety just policing

got pulled today for this and even though its on the plates copper still reckons I will be getting £100 fine for it.

So many people driving around Cheshire with illegal plates with incorrect spacing, and the Police do nothing. Let's see what happens in September.
