Not a phone call but when I was a salon receptionist a man came in and called me incompetent because his haircut had to be cancelled due to his stylist having a health emergency 🙃

Took a pedicure appointment booking over the phone and he asked if he could bring a feather. I asked why he would need that and he requested that his feet be lightly tickled 😭 I said sir we don’t do that and he was like why not? It’s harmless, it just FEELS NICE 🥴
