I agree. In the show, Keira treated Neil like c**p but eventually swirled to protect him and caught the bullet fired at him instead. Everything could have changed from that moment, yet Neil chose "more NASX funding and an obsequious wife". I doubt a man who chooses that in real life will be satisfied. But that's the quirkiness of drama series.

I honestly think Neil’s relationship with Daisy was just forced. I definitely wanted Keira to have a redemption arc, and I wasn’t expecting them to get back together, but I wasn’t expecting the way it ended. Good setup, bad ending IMO.

I didnt get the chance to watch the movie in its entirety but, was there ever a description of their relationship before they got married? I saw people bashing the marriage agreement but how do we know that neil wasnt already fancying Keira before her father offered the contract. I believe neil said he loved her for 6 years married her for 5.
