it depends on the reason behind the cut as well...if the fed is cutting because it thinks a recession is coming then obviously thats berish. i dont think thats the case this time as everything seems to point to a soft landing. The thing that could cause a sharp correction is a rethink on the AI impact as it is the main driver for gains at the moment.

rate cuts are for short term rates. but, most long term rates are market driven beyond Fed. the state of the economy and corporate profits are the keys for sustained share price increases.
