Really I started with my diet then started working out. Eat what you like but the low calorie/healthy version. Apps that track my progress. I do intermittent fasting. Find exercises you like to do. You don’t need a whole routine. Simply walking has helped me.

Don’t believe me 100 percent but… I’m doing every other day eat because they did a study on heavy set people and they get to choose what they eat one day and then they don’t eat the next but during that month. They ended up on choosing healthier alternative subconsciously!! Then I wanna throw in 3 day fasts to fix my body!!! I’m down 26 pounds!! I feel great!!!

Currently on a weight loss journey myself as a big girly down 56lb in the pas two 1/2 months and I’ve cut out all sugars try to eat things lower in carbs and calories high protein in a calorie deficit. Walking so much I try to keep moving, walking close to 10k some days I don’t get as many but just try to keep you self going and heart rate up. At home workouts have help me so much and get you some weights time you get to were you need to stay to weight training! Growwithjo!! And dance workouts! Losing weight is hard and it’s definitely hard to stay consistent but I always think that the only way to make it to were I want to be is to push myself to keep going and if I feel uncomfortable then I’m doing it right because staying in the same mindset will hold you back!

Honestly just eating smaller portions of everything and making sure to do 10k steps a daily. I think it’s more mentality than anything, like does this quick satisfaction of eating beat the long term satisfaction I will feel when I loose the weight. I usually also work out at home cuz it’s much easier plus I don’t have to feel anxious about people seeing me 😭

fast in the mornings, snack for lunch. and when dinner comes around eat a good meal.(no eating after dinner) repeat❤️for workouts get an app !

Walk literally everyday, everywhere!!! No sugar, no soda, no sweets nothing!! Get your protein in, and small portions. I eat half of everything and i shrunkkkk
