Electric skateboard? Are those even allowed on the main roads? Registered? People saying “you can’t stop and electric skateboard that fast. Then why are they on the roads at all if they’re not safe to stop?

Why :

The driver had a stop sign. He was supposed to stop and look both ways and that includes for pedestrians bikers and whatever this guy was riding. The guy riding in the board or whatever did not have a stop sign. So anyone with the driver is incorrect and doesn’t know the rules of the road

He’s on a electric skateboard. You can’t just stop or you’ll go flying off the skateboard if he swerved right he’s hitting the curb even if he swerved left he’ll hit something else. That’s his fault he didn’t even attempt to stop or avoid. The car ran the stop sign but he still had reasonable amount of time to avoid any collision
