Kefir, frozen wild blueberries, 80%or high dark chocolate shredded into bits, manuka honey with 20+ umf or higher in a bowl is great for gut health and taste great

Supplementing electrolytes (potassium, sodium, magnesium) are super important during an extended fast. Taking magnesium before bed normally helps with sleep.

I’ve done a 12 day fast before, if you’re taking Celtic salt to replenish some electrolytes, you’ll be able to last a lot longer, but that’s just my experience!
