What I’ve been focusing on ⬇️ •Training with intention➡️ keeping time under tension, mind muscle connection, feeling through each rep rather than just going through the motions •Sticking to the basics➡️No need to overcomplicate training especially when it comes to legs, sticking to the same few exercises each week and practicing progressive overload •Fueling my body ➡️ Prioritizing protein AND carbs throughout my growing phase •Pushing until failure➡️Having at least 2 top sets where I am going until absolute failure Really trying to push out of my comfort zone to get the best results and trusting the process #workoutsforwomen #npcbikini #womensfitness #bodybuildingtips #workoutroutine
