the culprit is the new turbocharger, dirt comes in the oil gallery direct to crankshaft bearing and it seized

ive seen AC compressors seize up and ive had to remove the belt to turn over the engine.

debris from the blown turbo went into the oil, and the rest is history, even with a good flush, pretty common on these unfortunately
