Refusing field sobriety tests is not evidence of you being intoxicated. It is well within your rights to refuse and a good attorney would have that “evidence” thrown out immediately.

There is NO such thing as a good cop. They are trained to walk around and over your rights and can legally lie to you so you talk yourself into charges. Literally laugh in his face, and keep your mouth closed.

He didn't have enough probable cause to even investigate her for a DUI, he didn't initiate a stop, he didn't have radar of her speeding, he didn't have any issue until she got on her phone.

I love that she didn't have any due process before he went straight to arresting her for a DUI. No field sobriety test, no breathalyzer and he said " you are under arrest for DUI", Then it was "you are being detained while I investigate a DUI".
