In Feb 2006 I got a 30 yr mortgage. I divided the monthly payment by 12 and added that to my monthly payment. May 2025 I paid the house off. 19 yrs & 3 months instead of 30 years. I made sure there was no prepayment penalty.

It's not a trick, or a hack, or magic, you are just paying more money which pays your loan off early. It's just math.

Is that 5 extra payments for the year totaling one extra PNI payment, or dividing PNI by 5 and paying that amount all 12 months?

So I just gotta come up with an extra $627 a month? Rather take that and invest into my retirement. In 30 years I’ll have $1.8m AND a paid off home

Only need $720 to make this happen 😂🙃. If I stopped my investments, I could make this happen. But I've returned about 36% on my investment. 👀

Pay your loan off in under seven years. Get a 10 K personal loan and put that towards the principal. Then put all your money into paying off the loan, and continue to use it to pay all your bills at the same time. If you bring in 5K and spend 4K, it will take you 10 months to refill that 10 K at that time use it again to throw it against the principle. Follow this method and you’ll pay the loan off in seven years.
