@marcgabecruz: First workout in my 30’s! Early morning PUSH DAY at Goodlife WEAKNESS! Their heaviest dumbbells are 120lbs. So me just turning 30 I tried to get 30 and ended up getting 25. 🤦🏻♂️ So yes, new goals…120lb incline dumbbell presses for 30. Yes I understand many aspects of how I lift isn’t technical textbook. I am absolutely aware I do a lot of meathead shit. No I don’t recommend this way for muscle growth purely. Straight normal sets in reasonable rep ranges with less violence and rage would be more ideal. However I’m a fuckin meathead. And you know what? It’s okay. 🤓
