I had an older lady call my job & tell me she first called a scam # and had given them her card info 😳. My heart dropped & it wasn’t even my $ chile. Immediately got her over to our fraud dept.

Someone else had a similar experience with AA at the airport themselves they were given a sticky note with a scam number to call and rebook their flight and it was multi folks too that got scam 😭
