when you're measuring flowers since you're supposed to like scoop it out with a spoon into the measuring cup anyways you can get like a sheet of wax paper and put it down and then measure your flower on that that way you can pour the flour that spills back into your bag or container of flour and then fold up the wax paper and put it in the bag for the next time you need to measure flour
