I can draw my retirement at 55 with a penalty. Im not in a union. What does social security have to do with it. If you are relaying on social security to retire on your never going to be able to retire.

I retired at 52 with 30 years of service with the carpenters union and receive a double pension until I'm 62. And can still work 40 hrs a month. Hard work pays off. Now I can actually enjoy retirement before I'm too old to do anything. Union till I die. 🇺🇸🔨

We can retire early if we were saavy enough to save and pick the right company that had the right retirement package as an incentive. We picked the right company to work for and didn’t stomp our feet after getting hired
