I lifted 4-5 days a week pretty much my whole pregnancy, labor and delivery was quick and simple and my recovery was incredible!!

Love this! I am a steady 3x a week weightlifting during pregnancy. I’m at week 35 now and haven’t been able to do much of anything the past 2 weeks and I feel so guilty about it lol. This was the motivation I needed!
