I’m an agent myself and when I sell….i wouldn’t dare listen to a thing or have cameras rolling. . I believe it’s a form of respect to let buyers and their agent talk freely and confidentially.

My son and his wife were selling their house. A small 3/2 rambler. Beautiful. They have their wedding pics up on the walls and their twin sonograms pics up too. They put the wife’s clothes in the guest closet and my son’s clothes are in the MB. One showing, a couple stood outside (ring camera activated) trying to figure out if two gay men lived there or not because they didn’t understand why there were only men’s clothes in the MB.😂🙄my daughter in law thought it wa a hoot but perplexing. Nope they didn’t put an offer in.

I had a buyer telling me while I was opening the Supra box about how the seller got arrested in the front yard & has xyz charge. Made a full price cash as is offer & got turned down because of the ring door bell. He ended up selling it about $50k less. 🙄 I’d take $50k and be offended all day long haha
