i put mine in warm water not hot because even with key my hands arnt strong enough to squeeze out the amount I need havent had an issue getting it off my dentures or on my dentures

When I use the metal key on the tube, I have such a hard time turning it. I have arthritis in my hands and it's so hard to turn it to get anything out. Any idea what I can do?
