@humanebroward: Reunited and it feels so good! 🌟 After spending months in our care, one of our staff favorites, Oats, was finally reunited with his family 🏡✨ The moment they saw each other was pure magic ❤ there wasn’t a dry eye in the shelter. It’s heartbreaking when pets become lost or separated from the people who love them. 💔 That’s why it is so important to have your pets microchipped and make sure the information is always up to date. A microchip, no bigger than a grain of rice, can mean the difference between being lost forever or making it home again. While a microchip isn’t a GPS tracker, it provides contact information so shelters and vets can quickly reunite families. Collars and ID tags are just as important, giving anyone who finds your pet a way to bring them back to you right away.
