your list is great and horror heavy, but obviously, right? why does it feel like the horror genre is the only space leading the way in every aspect of film? from acting, writing and themes, and cinematography; like all of it. and not even this year, id say for the past few (5+) years that horror leads the way. love to hear your thoughts
