you def walk a 5K in an hour if you already do incline and walking. Just make sure you’re hydrating in the week leading up to the 5K, get in some electrolytes and light pre race snack

Train..couch to 5k. Go to a running store to get your feet evaluated and they’ll recommend the right shoe. Start training in it to get comfortable

Get a good warm up! (Stretch hamstrings, Lunges, calf swings, leg swings, bunny hops) I did my first one in march. I wear asics. You need shoes that will hold your foot well, no mesh. Get the vest or a fanny pack for your belongings. Don’t drink too much water before. Focus on your breathing - 2 fast breaths in and 1 long breath out. If you can’t talk while running slow down. Get a good playlist!
