Вот не советую вам спорить с тренером, что минуту сможете простоять в планке. Я вот сдалась уже на 30ой секунде.
Happy 5 year ampuversary to me 🎉❤️on this day 5 years ago I was hit by a car and my leg was amputated. Ironically, the lowest point of my life lead me to the highest places. I remember there was several moments where I wanted to give up but I didn’t and I’m proud of me for not giving up and thankful for how far I’ve come all thanks to God and I’m thankful he’s never taken his hands off me. 5 years ago if told myself where I am today I wouldn’t believe it. The places I’ve been, the amazing supportive family and friends in my life, the amazing people I’ve met a long my journey, all of the things I’ve accomplished, and all of the things I still have to accomplish, just remind me that I didn’t let my trauma win I rose above it and I’m celebrating that today. My trauma has made me who I am today and I can proudly say I wouldn’t change anything. My goal is to share my story and my journey with people so that I can help someone else on a similar journey see that you can come out on the other side. Losing my leg served a purpose in my life. It was life changing, but I experienced the most growth I ever have by getting through it. So today I’m celebrating life and being alive and everything that my body and prosthetic does for me. I would never take this life or myself for granted. My gratitude is endless. I’m celebrating me and how far I’ve come in my journey and I am so ready to see what the future holds because I know it’s bright 🥹 #amputee #amputeelife #fyp
